Victor QUEVAL

Victor was born in Paris and left France at the age of 17 to travel around the world. He founded HCA after significant experience in luxury hotel operations and project management in the Asia-Pacific area including French Polynesia, New-Zealand, Australia and China. Besides his experience with international hotel chains such as Hilton and Raffles, Victor is a consultant (tourism development) for the Yunnan Province Government (China) and a council member of Gerson Lehrman Group (Hotel Consultancy in Asia). Victor holds the prestigious Swiss Hotel Association Diploma in International Hotel Management from ICHM, Australia. His experience as an entrepreneur in China combined with his extensive knowledge of the Chinese culture allowed him to build up strong links with the local business community. Victor holds dual French/Australian citizenship and speaks French, English and Chinese Mandarin.
Wen QUEVAL WANG

Wen was born in Kunming, China Yunnan Province, within a family of government officials. Before joining HCA, Wen lived in France and worked for LOUIS VUITTON (LVMH group) in Paris. She holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Bourgogne and a MBA in Luxury Brand Management from ISG Paris. Wen speaks French, English, Chinese Mandarin and her natal Kunming dialect.
