Due to the growing amount of hotel development projects in Asia and the high demand for qualified human resources, we have decided to set-up our head office in China with a team of international consultants covering China's major cities as well as South-East Asian countries including India. Most of our clients are located in Asia and includes 5 star hotels and resorts, restaurants and bars.

Our Team

Victor Queval: Managing Director

Victor Queval founded HCA after significant experience in 5 star hotel operations and project management in the Asia-Pacific area including French Polynesia, New-Zealand, Australia and China. Besides his experience with international hotel chains such as Hilton and Raffles, Victor holds the prestigious Swiss Hotel Association Diploma in International Hotel Management from ICHM, Australia. His extensive knowledge of the Chinese culture and language allowed him to get a better understanding of the Chinese market and to develop vital contacts across Asia. Victor speaks French, English and Mandarin.

Steve Wen: Consultant (Executive Recruitment - China)

Steve Wen has a degree in International Hotel Management from the Alpina School of Hotel Management in Switzerland. Steve is a Chinese national with international exposure in the hospitality Industry, with working experience in countries like Switzerland, England and Hong-Kong. He has extensive experience within 5 stars hotels in South China. Steve speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese dialect.

Joe Polito: Associate - Consultant (Project Management/South East Asia)

For the last 15 years, Joe Polito has led some of Asia's most prestigious boutique resorts. These include Amanpuri, The Strand, another Aman resort, and several new Oberoi Properties. He opened the Rajasthani Palace of Udaivilas, an Oberoi hotel in India, and The Oberoi, Lombok, Indonesia. More recently he opened Alila, Karma Resorts and several independent 5 star properties in Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia. Under his direct supervision, as General Manager, his hotels have received accolades from 'Conde Nast' and 'Travel and Leisure' magazines as being among the world's leading hotels. Joe is an independent associate consultant and responsible for hotel/resort projects in South East Asia.

Antoine Moscovitz: Consultant (International Cuisine)

Antoine Moscovitz has over 10 years culinary experience as Chef de Cuisine in 5* hotels and Michelin rated restaurants in France, Australia and the United States. He is currently looking after the second largest real estate firm in the USA, cooking exclusively for VIPs and political figures worldwide. Antoine has gained his knowledge of traditional French and modern fusion cuisine with world's most talented chefs including Master Chefs Alain Ducasse, Guy Martin, Serge Dansereau, Jaimie Oliver, Luke Mangan and many others. He is fluent in French and English.

Ray Dong: Consultant (F&B Projects - North China)

Ray Dong joined HCA recently after working over 10 years in various management roles at luxury hotels and restaurants in Beijing. Ray is a PR specialist and organized a number of successful high profile events for Chinese celebrities and Embassy's diplomats. He is also specialized in new F&B concepts focusing on Contemporary Chinese Cuisine, which combined Chinese and Western ingredients. Ray speaks fluent English and Chinese Mandarin.
